Marcin Wilkowski, born in 1982 in Wroclaw, Poland. Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Photography from Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan. He has had his pictures published in The Photography Quarterly 'Fotografia'’, Polish Magazine in Northern Ireland ‘'Glosik'’ and 'Link Polska' Magazine. His exhibitions have been held e.g. in 'Queens Film Theatre', Belfast, ‘'Stary Browar Gallery'’, Poznan, 'Mediateka' Library’, Wroclaw, ‘'Nicolaus Copernicus Community House'’, Wroclaw.
Periphery of Poland, Ukraine and Romania. Those faraway places have preserved their unique character, atmosphere and passage for years.
Church Fete celebrations in the Romanian village Cacica. Every year, for three days in August, that area becomes one of the most important place for the Romanian Catholic minority.
Abandoned houses in Northern Ireland. There were often things, which their owners couldn’t take with them to USA, Australia or England left there.
Two different stories that have been taking place in Northern Ireland.

The first one is about group of Poles who live and work in different areas of country. Their passion are motorbikes. From time to time they go on a trip across the island.
